What is Virtual Urgent Care?

Virtual Urgent Care is an easily accessible healthcare service that allows you to consult with an urgent care providers via video calls, phone calls, or online messaging for minor medical concerns. Virtual Urgent Care allows for faster and more accurate diagnoses and treatments and eliminates unnecessary trips to an emergency room.

How Does it Work?

Step 1

Make sure your reason for needing an urgent visit is not an emergency. If you have any visible fractures,are bleeding uncontrollably, experiencing any chest pressure or pain, having extreme difficulty breathing at rest, dizziness or lightheadedness, please dial 911 or visit your local emergency room immediately. Our virtual urgent care center is for non-emergency situations.

Step 2

Schedule a visit. Click on any of the links on this page to schedule your visit. In most cases we will be able to see you within a 2-hour window. Make sure you properly complete the patient registration form, and select your desired appointment time. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a message detailing next steps. 

Step 3

Prepare for your visit. Check your e-mail for instructions on how to prepare for your visit. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive those instructions via e-mail along with the web link for your visit.

Step 4

Meet with your provider and receive your treatment plan. Talk to your assigned provider about the reason for your visit. Our providers will work with you to properly diagnose your concerns, provide you with care options including writing prescriptions if necessary, and instruct you on any necessary follow ups.
